This study chooses H-educational institutions as an example.It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore and construct a remuneration incentive system that is linked to the business management strategy and closely linked to the core employee benefit needs.Based on the review of relevant domestic and foreign research literature and the summarization of related theories,the article concludes several model theories for the implementation of salary incentives for core employees,and proposes the problems and future of salary incentives for core employees in educational institutions.Direction of development.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of H-educational institutions;studies the status quo of core employees' remuneration management from the basics of the core employees of H-educational institutions and the remuneration management system;conducts a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of core employees' salary management in H-education institutions,and conducts survey results on the questionnaires.Analysis;Analysis of problems in the process of salary management for core employees of H-education institutions.In addition,the basic ideas,guiding ideology,and basic principles for optimizing the core employee compensation system of H-education institutions are proposed.From the aspects of the performance compensation model's classification design,salary structure design,assessment method design,assessment level determination design,and combination of different compensation incentive methods,the design proposal for the core emproyee compensation system of the H education institution was proposed.Finally,we put forward the guarantee measures for the H education institutions to implement the optimization plan of the core employee compensation system,mainly focusing on the three aspects of human resources protection,capital security,.and organizational security.The research of the article shows that in the process of optimizing the salary system of core employees of H-education institutions,it is necessary to closely link the strategic objectives of the organization's operation and management,promote the continuous improvement of operating performance of H-education institutions,and promote the fairness of salary incentive management.The basic principles of designing the remuneration system include the incentive principle,the competitive principle,the system principle,the diversity principle,the fairness principle and the dynamic principle.At the same time,relevant information feedback warnings,corrections and adjustments should be made during the optimization process.
