Research On The Influence Of Innovation Ability Of Listed Companies On Financial Performance In Pharmaceutical Industry

Nowadays,with the continuous progress of The Times and the continuous development of the market economy,the key for an enterprise to achieve sustainable development and obtain high returns lies in whether it has core competitiveness,so it becomes more and more important to improve its competitiveness.The focus of enterprise development core competitiveness focuses on innovation.In recent years,the concept of innovation-driven development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Enterprises should firmly grasp the flavor of The Times,keep pace with the pace of The Times,deepen technological innovation,seize development opportunities,overcome difficulties,and strive to achieve innovative development in the fierce market competition.Innovation is an important means for a country to enhance its international competitiveness.Only constant innovation can narrow the gap between China and developed countries.High-tech enterprises are important carriers of innovation,industries are different,innovation is different,and the pharmaceutical industry as a typical high-tech industry,how to effectively enhance the innovation ability of the pharmaceutical industry,improve enterprise performance,maintain sustainable development of the enterprise,becomes very important.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between innovation ability and enterprise performance.This article first elaborates the research situation at home and abroad,and on the basis of defining the concept and classification of the innovation ability,and then to the pharmaceutical industry as the research object,select 53 pharmaceutical industry listed companies as the research sample,adopts the method of literature analysis and empirical research,financial performance and the innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry a systematical research on the relationship between.Selection in the process of research,technology,management,organization,marketing innovation elements of four dimensions,selecting the eleven specific innovation ability index,as independent variables,chose the pharmaceutical industry listed companies in 2013-2017,five years profit ability,debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability from four aspects of 15 financial indicators,using factor analysis method will be first 15 performance indicators built into a comprehensive financial performance indicators,with its as the dependent variable,and then using multivariate linear regression analysis method is expounded the relationship between the innovation capability and financial performance.The results show that different innovation ability indexes have positive and negative effects on enterprise financial performance.Finally,based on the empirical research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the financial performance of enterprises based on innovation ability,and makes a valuable discussion for the healthy and stable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
