| The development and progress of economy drive the development of Chinese financial industry.As one of the important components of the industry,commercial banks are not only facing more opportunities for development,but also facing fierce market competition.Therefore,core competitiveness of commercial banks is particularly important.Only for commercial banks to have core competitiveness and fully utilize it can they realize their progress and support the economic stability of our country.Taking Postal Savings Bank of China(PSBC)X Provincial Branch as the research object,this paper finds out the existing problems in the development process of PSBC X provincial Branch by understanding its market development status and the overall level of its core competitiveness in the province,and puts forward some suggestions to provide reference for improving the core competitiveness of PSBC X provincial Branch.The results show that the overall core competitiveness of Postal Savings Bank of China(Postal Savings Bank of China)in X Province ranks 9th,in the middle and lower reaches,which proves that its core competitiveness needs to be improved.The reasons leading to the relatively low ranking of core competitiveness are reflected in the soft strength of talents and technology still needs to be improved,the operation ability is still insufficient,and the risk resistance ability still needs to be strengthened.In order to help Postal Savings Bank of China X Branch improve its core competitiveness,This paper argues that the bank can through improving the human resource management system,to speed up the technology application of science and technology to improve the technology of soft power,and improve the mechanism of product marketing,promotion of intermediary business ratios to improve their operational ability,actively applying the technology of risk control,risk management and benefits and to improve the ability to resist risk,gradually develop its existing strengths,to improve the existing shortage,Enhance its core competitiveness in the market. |
