The Study On Family Farm Scale And Structure Selecting

With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban residents,this has brought opportunities for the development of agriculture and rural areas,and also providing opportunities for the development of family farms.Since the central government introduced the concept of a family farm,which as a new type of agricultural management subject,has been developing rapidly in most rural areas of our country by the way of agricultural modernization in the tide of deepening reform and opening up.Especially since the 19 th National Congress,the proposal of Rural Revitalization has further accelerated the development of family farm.Family farms are not only conducive to the development of rural reform,but also help to optimize the allocation of agricultural production factors;it is conducive to promoting the reform of the supply side structure of agriculture,and is also conducive to the effective docking of agricultural products and markets.This study takes the D County family farms as an example.It uses the literature method,observation method and interview method to investigate the development status of the family farms in D County,and find out the characteristics of the scale and structure of the family farm in D County.On this basis,based on the rational choice theory,from the perspective of the farmer,the factors affecting the scale and structure of the case farm are analyzed.The scale of family farms in D County is generally small,concentrated below 100 mu,and the structure is relatively simple,mainly for planting rice and other food crops.The choice of scale for family farmers is mainly reflected in the issues of land,capital and manpower.The consideration of structural choice is mainly reflected in technical experience and market issues.Therefore,the author deeply analyzes the scale and structure selection of family farms is not only an economic behavior,but also reflects the farmers' consideration of economic factors and non-economic factors.This study aims at the selection of the scale and structure of family farms,and on this basis,proposes improvements to the current development of family farms,and guides farmers to make appropriate scale and structure selection according to their own differentconditions.First,increasing the training of professional farmers,providing human capital for family farms;secondly,increasing the visibility of local brands,opening the market for family farms;once again,actively improving the utilization rate of land transfer,creating conditions for the scale of family farms;finally,improving financial Institutional and social services to reduce the risk of possible business risks for family farmers.
