| With the development of China’s economy,the national economy has entered the development stage of the "new normal’.China’s industrial structure has also ushered in a new round of adjustment and transformation opportunities,and the proportion of the service industry in the national economy is constantly improving.In this context,as an important part of China’s service industry,the service outsourcing industry will also usher in a golden development period of scale expansion and structural optimization.In terms of coordinating regional industrial development,optimizing upgrading industrial technology,fully absorbing high-level talent employment,and cultivating emerging industries,the service outsourcing industry plays an important role which is difficult for other traditional manufacturing or modem service industries to replace.At the same time,as a means of helping enterprises to have a better control of the costs and to cut the spending of capital,manpower resource and technology,service outsourcing also shows strong vitality in the microcosmic aspect.For years,the Chinese government attaches importance to the development of the service outsourcing industry,and has raised it to the strategic level that we should enlarge the proportion of high value-added business.Under the support and encouragement of the State Council,the Ministry of Commerce and other ministries,so far,more than thirty cities have been established as service outsourcing demonstration cities throughout the nation,and the pattern of industrial agglomeration of service outsourcing has been initially formed on a national scale.However,since service outsourcing industry is still in the emerging stage of rapid development,the speed of theoretical follow-up lags behind the speed of industrial development.In the theory of service outsourcing,some parts,especially the part of the combination of service outsourcing theory and industrial agglomeration theory,still need to be updated.Therefore,it seems so necessary that we should combine with the latest trends of the development of service outsourcing from international and domestic perspective,and sum up the problems exposed in the process of industrial development.Besides,in order to offer suggestions and to provide directions for raising industrial development level,we should also take typical cities as the object of investigation,focus on industrial agglomeration and conduct a more detailed study.In 2009,Shenzhen was rated as a service outsourcing demonstration city.For a long period of time,the pace of development of Shenzhen’s service outsourcing industry has also been at the forefront of the country.However,in the process of rapid development of the service outsourcing industry,there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper takes Shenzhen’s service outsourcing industry as the basic research object.Under the new background of regional industrial division and transfer,and some new situation happening in the process of multinational companies’contracting,the research on Shenzhen service outsourcing industry agglomeration effect will begin at the macro and micro levels.Based on the basic theories of international business and industrial economics,this paper will build the infrastructure of this paper by combining service outsourcing industrial and industrial agglomeration effects.The location entropy index and CES production function will be used as research tools to calculate and measure the level of agglomeration effects in service outsourcing industry of Shenzhen.Based on the empirical results,we can provide targeted recommendations for the future development of the service outsourcing industry in Shenzhen.At the same time,we also hope that through this research,we can explore the development directions of Shenzhen’^service outsourcing industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),in China and in the world.Besides,we can also give advice on optimizing the layout of Shenzhen’s service outsourcing industry development.Last but not least,the results of the research(from point to face,from small to large)can be provided for other cities’service outsourcing industry development as reference. |
