Standardization is the norm of fair trade in the market,a powerful weapon to break through technical barriers in market competition,and an important means of improving economic efficiency in the market economy.Economic globalization has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of China's market economy,and at the same time it has brought great challenges to China's standardization work.At present,the development level of China's service industry is still far from the developed countries.There are also many problems in the promotion of service standardization.The enthusiasm of enterprises to carry out service standardization and the implementation effect of service standardization are not optimistic.From the perspective of market regulators,this paper sorts out and summarizes the relevant literatures on service standardization at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzes the current status of service standardization pilots,and points out the problems that may be common in the implementation of service standardization pilot projects.Combined with the mid-term evaluation of the service standardization pilot project of Yunnan Province in 2018,the company conducted an in-depth investigation and research on the project of the national-level service standardization pilot and the provincial-level service standardization pilot project,using customer satisfaction theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.Firstly,it analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process of Y company's service standardization project and the project evaluation party in the evaluation process,and then combines customer satisfaction theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to establish a new evaluation index system and standardize service for Y company.The effectiveness of the pilot project was evaluated.Through the research of this paper,we can draw the following conclusions:In the process of implementing service standardization projects,service industry enterprises mainly have some problems that the implementation of some standards is not in place,the customer satisfaction information collection is not systematic,and there is no feedback mechanism.The pilot project evaluation party is satisfied.To assess the number of samples collected too little and to evaluate too few indicators,in order to standardize service companies and service markets and improve efficiency,enterprises should continue to optimize the standard system and further strengthen the implementation of standards based on customer needs,supervised check.The project appraisers should strive to explore more rigorous,scientific and effective project evaluation and acceptance methods,provide more effective supervision and guidance for enterprises to standardize services,and create a more standardized and orderly market environment.
