Research On Service Industry Standardization Strategy Implementation Of Liwan District

Under the background of economic globalization, the standard, as an important means of the market competition, is the strategic commanding height to the social economic development. To occupy the height has become the highest competition model between countries, regions and enterprises. Since the inception of the new century, the standardization has also been raised to a strategic height. From center to region, it has been deeply mediated and researched around how to implement the standardization strategy effectively. And the government at all levels make corresponding outlines on the standardization strategy development. The standardization work, however, is confronted with many problems, for it starts late and is developed and apprehended in an imbalanced and incomplete way. At the present, the research on the standardization strategy is more focused on the first and second industry, while the service industry is less studied. As the service industry accounts more and more in the national economy year by year, it becomes stronger and stronger to research to enact the service industry standardization. Liwan District in Guangzhou is a relatively dense area in the service industry, while its standardization strategy implementation still in a start-up level. Thus, it is an inevitable requirement for the further development to study and establish the service industry standardization strategy implementation that conforms to the reality of Liwan.This paper is focused on the service industry standardization strategy of Liwan District, Guangzhou. Firstly, the research background and significance are expounded, and also the domestic and foreign relevant theories about service industry standardization and standardization strategy are looked through by the literature analysis method, so that the theoretical foundation is built for analysis. Secondly, the questionnaire and interview methods are applied to learn the status quo of the service industry standardization strategy implementation in Liwan District, to supply the factual basis to the analysis and research in the paper. Based on the inducting and analyzing of the collected data, the problems and the reason are anatomized. Meanwhile, the practical basis is also given by means of referring to the sound practice, which includes the implementation experience of the service industry standardization strategy in Panyu District, Guangzhou and Yantian District, Shenzhen. Finally, combining with the characteristics of Liwan District, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the service industry standardization strategy implementation, so as to blaze a feasible trail for the service industry standardization strategy implementation.The main research contents of the paper is carried out around the service industry standardization work in Liwan District, Guangzhou, under the condition that the theory of the service industry standardization is deficient. Theoretically, it enriches the standardization strategy in the research content. And integrating with the actual situation of Liwan District and aiming at the problem source, it provides some suggestions for Liwan District in the further service industry standardization strategy namely, to strengthen cooperation, to expand publicity, to emphasize talents, to implement diverse work, to improve policies and to plan in a scientific way.
