With the development of the times,medical cosmetology has gradually become a part of the consumption of many modern people.Plastic and cosmetic surgery has also become one of the fastest growing and most active disciplines of clinical science in China.The birth of China's medical cosmetology institutions and the number of doctors engaged in medical cosmetology have shown unprecedented growth.At the same time,after the extensive development of the medical cosmetology industry,the improvement of its standard and management level has become an important subject faced by medical institution managers.The phenomenon that the industry pays more attention to marketing than service occurs from time to time.Practitioners call for "returning to the essence of medical treatment",and they need a scientific management system to guide the healthy development of medical beauty companies.We are looking forward to what ZMY medical cosmetology company,a start-up,will do in how to optimize the process of customer relationship management,explore and consolidate customer sources,establish a place in the fierce market competition,become a leader in the industry,and lead the consumption upgrading and standardized development of the industry.This paper will introduce the background and significance of the research in detail under the guidance of customer relationship management theory,customer life cycle theory and process reengineering theory,and describe the current market situation of China's medical cosmetology industry,so as to point out the scientificity and necessity of optimizing the customer relationship management process of ZMY medical cosmetology company.Then through the questionnaire survey of customer relationship management process satisfaction of ZMY medical cosmetology company,the paper describes the key problems existing in the whole process of influencing market operation,sales realization and customer service,and finds out the bottleneck factors that restrict the development of the company and lead to the loss of the company's interests.Then using the methods of literature research,theoretical research,case analysis,the optimization of customer relationship management process of ZMY medical cosmetology company is explored and applied by applying customer relationship management theory,customer life cycle theory and process reengineering theory.The emphasis is on the optimization and the safeguard mechanism of the main processes of market operation,sales realization and customer service so as to form a closed loop with customer relationship management.It is believed that through the optimization of the customer relationship management process of ZMY medical cosmetology company,a complete and scientific customer relationship management system can be established,so that the overall management level of the company can reach a new level.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in the current customer relationship management process of ZMY medical cosmetology company,and realize the transformation from product-centered to customer-centered,so as to provide customers with better products and services and improve the satisfaction and loyalty of customers by using the knowledge leaned in the two-year MBA.In this way the company can consolidate existing customers,tap potential customers,establish win-win and stable cooperation with customers and lay a solid foundation for its sustainable development.At the same time,they can reduce marketing cycle and cost,develop new market channels,increase market share and increase revenue and profit.The author hopes that the results of this study can contribute to the upgrading of medical and cosmetic services in China,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry,and better meet people's pursuit of a better life.
