| At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the domestic and international situation is undergoing profound and complex changes.The tasks of the customs in optimizing the business environment,facilitating customs clearance and serving economic development have become increasingly onerous and arduous.How to accurately grasp the current new situation of China's foreign trade,further improve the development environment of foreign trade,and improve the ability and level of customs supervision,all of which put forward higher requirements for the fair and efficient law enforcement of customs.At the same time,in the 2018 national customs officers' meeting,it was proposed to "adhere to the law of customs control,supervision and service unified in the specific time of the law of customs control",which requires the current and future period of supervision and service to promote and strengthen the customs supervision work is the top priority.It has become a major task for the customs to innovate regulatory concepts,improve regulatory methods,and realize both "control" and "pass".This paper focuses on the customs supervision,combines the experience of shijiazhuang customs supervision,takes the customs clearance supervision as the research objective,use the risk management theory,summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the current customs clearance supervision,explores the reasons restricting and improving the efficiency of customs clearance supervision,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This paper attempts to closely follow the actual customs clearance supervision of shijiazhuang customs,highlight the typicality and objectivity of research objects and data,and strive to make the research results more authentic and reliable,so as to provide technical support and decision-making reference for other directly affiliated customs in customs clearance supervision to a certain extent. |
