Research On Customs Risk Management Under The Perspective Of Supervision

In China Customs supervision work,there has been a confliction between closely monitored and trade facilitation. How to harmonize the two become China Customs solved a major problem. Since the1980s, along with the rapid development of China’s foreign economic and trade,the contradiction between Customs limited regulatory resources and the growing amount of supervision is more prominent,which has become constraint on China. How to resolve them, has become one of the main tasks of China Customs at persent and future for a long period of time.China Customs introducted risk management instruments in the mid-90s last century. After more than ten years of active exploration, the research and application of risk management has achieved initial results. In this paper, Nanchang Customs as the main object of study, Customs Risk Management as the main line,through the rearch of development process, practical experience, problems, trends of China Customs risk management, Strive for future in-depth study of customs risk management theory and practice to provide some valuable references. And based on the analysis of the status quo of China Customs risk management. Pointed out our problems in customs supervision. And risk identification and risk assessment of these two major problems as the starting point, presents detailed solutions, Constantly improve the management of customs risk.
