Study On Economizing Intensive Use Of Constructed Land In Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Area

Land is the foundation of development and people's livelihood,and has always been a critical issue we are concerned about in our way.The distinctive features of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan area are a large population with the scarcity of land.In recent years,with the development of economy,the contradiction between supply and demand of land has become more and more obvious.With the suggestion of structural reform of the supply side,the intensive use of land has become necessary and important.To carry out research on the intensive use of the construction land in the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan area is to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the area and to elevate the comprehensive benefit of the land to an ideal state,so as to provide the support for government to make scientific decisions and use the construction land more rationally.In this paper,at the guiding of scientific development concept,a comprehensive study is madeon the conservation level of the construction land in the area.The specific methods are as follows:collect the basic material and apply qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation to assess the land type,change trend and internal regional differences in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan area,and finally to evaluate the conservation level of the study area with multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.The full paper is divided into six parts.The first part states the background and study meaning of the topic,and describes overseas and domestic land research status,contents,method and route.The second part elucidates the related concepts and theoretical basis.The third part introduces the general situation of research area.The fourth and fifth parts are process evaluation and comprehensive analysis.And the sixth part analyzes the construction land usage problems and countermeasures in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan area,and so on.The study found that during the development process of metropolitan circle in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,several problems appeared such as excessive speed of urban and rural construction land growth,irrational land use structure and light stock of potential problems.Also with the development of South Jiangsu model,a certain amount of the stock of inefficient land emerged.From now on,we can fully tap the stock,make economic development and occupy as little new construction land as possible.We can also obtain benefit from the stock,and optimize land use structure and industrial model in land utilization of good use of policy support in the development process.
