Research On Inter-organization Knowledge Sharing In Networked Growth

The cooperation between organizations is not limited to the symmetrical relationship between the scale of the strength of the enterprise,and more in the asymmetric situation,and mature and perfect large enterprises to seek long-term cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises is often due to small and medium-sized enterprises in a development of the unique technical capabilities of the production sector.Although the achievement of asymmetric cooperation is a common win way for all parties to obtain complementary resources,the dark side of knowledge sharing is implied by the asymmetry.Although the cooperation under asymmetric network relationship has the protection of intellectual property,the small and medium-sized enterprises lack the necessary defense mechanism,but once the relationship is formed,small and medium-sized enterprises may fall into a discourse crisis,fearing that their partners may damage their own resources,often with limited time and legal resources to protect themselves or be forced to stay away from relationships,so that when they consider establishing a connection,they are likely to foresee the diversion of resources,The performance of knowledge sharing is lack of sharing.Therefore,the cooperation reached in order to satisfy the resource needs and the competition that may cause the diversion of resources are the core of this relationship.Aiming at the problem of how to share knowledge among small and medium-sized enterprises under asymmetric network relationship.First,it has sorted out the asymmetric relationship of the network,combed the theory of knowledge power,analyzed the relationship between the science and technology SMEs and the knowledge,the theory of knowledge sharing,analyzed the dilemma of knowledge sharing under asymmetric network,combed the characteristics of knowledge,The conceptual connotation of knowledge sharing and strategic intention lays a theoretical foundation for the following.Based on the research hypothesis,the model is constructed.The independent variable of the model is the knowledge characteristic,because the variable is the level of knowledge sharing,the adjustment variable is the strategic intention,and the two dimensions of the strategic intention cross form four kinds of intention pattern are the research emphases of this paper.In the course of empirical testing,251 small and medium sized enterprises were selected as the research samples,which mainly involved the science and technology SMEs in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and some state-level technology enterprise incubator enterprises.Related to the industry,including the Internet,biology,new materials and other industries,to the greatest extent,with the asymmetric relationship between SMEs in the perspective of the same.According to the model to find the relevant scale,the formulation,distribution,recycling questionnaires,draw conclusions:(1)The knowledge characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises under asymmetric network relationship(implicit,complex,Proprietary)has a significant negative impact on knowledge sharing(2)Two dimensions of strategic intent resource utilization and resource development have some moderating effects on the relationship between knowledge characteristics and knowledge sharing(3)'When resource exploitation is a primary strategic intention and resource development is secondary intention,the level of knowledge sharing falls to very low,whereas,With the development of resources rather than the use of resources as the main purpose of the individual,technical experience in the benign cooperation can be exchanged,and thus stimulate the level of knowledge-sharing greatly improved.Finally,through the interview method to prove the conclusion of the analysisTherefore,focusing on guiding small and medium-sized enterprises to form the strategic intention of resource exploitation becomes an important aspect of the partnership stability in the asymmetric relationship,the paper finally puts forward reasonable suggestions for the practical business relationship under the background of the network growth of enterprises.
