| Currently,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.To survive and develop in the fierce competitive market,enterprises can not meet the needs of enterprise development by merely relying on their own leaders.Enterprises must give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of their employees so that employees can participate in the development of the enterprise and let employees make more constructive suggestions to the organizations to improve organizational performance and boost organization’s development.Employee Voice Behavior plays an important role in the organization’s development.Employee Voice Behavior is one of the organizational citizenship behaviors and is greatly influenced by the leadership style and leadership type.Spiritual leadership is a new type of leadership based on intrinsic motivation,which focuses on the spiritual needs of the employees.Through the establishment of a common vision within the organization,employees can feel the inspiration from the organization and themselves,which can inspire the employees to offer advice and suggestions actively in order to enhance the organization’s performance and boost organization’s development.In addition,from the staffs own perspective,the level of Autonomy Orientation affects the staffs response to the leadership style and leadership style.Autonomy Orientation of the employees may moderate the relationship between the Spiritual leadership and Employee Voice Behavior.In this paper,Spiritual leadership is divided into three dimensions:vision,hope/faith and love of altruism,Autonomy Orientation is a single dimension concept.This paper studies the relationship between Spiritual leadership and Employee Voice Behavior and discusses the moderating effect of Autonomy Orientation in the relationship between Spiritual leadership and Employee Voice Behavior.Based on the survey of 235 employees in 15 innovative teams in Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou and Shanghai,this paper uses SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the collected data.Through the empirical research,we can draw the following conclusions:Spiritual leadership has a positive effect on Employee Voice Behavior.More specifically,the hope/relief and love of altruism of Spiritual leadership have a positive effect on Employee Voice Behavior,while the vision has no positive effect on Employee Voice Behavior.Autonomy Orientation of the employees can moderate the relationship between Spiritual leadership and Employee Voice Behavior.Autonomy Orientation of the employees can moderate the relationship between the hope/relief and Employee Voice Behavior.That is,the higher the level of Autonomy Orientation of the employees,the stronger the positive impact of the hope/relief on Employee Voice Behavior.Autonomy Orientation of the employees can moderate the relationship between the love of altruism and Employee Voice Behavior,that is,the higher the level of Autonomy Orientation of the employees,the stronger the positive impact of the love of altruism on Employee Voice Behavior.In addition,the moderating effect of Autonomy Orientation of the employees in the relationship between the vision and Employee Voice Behavior is not obvious.Based on the findings of the research,this paper proposes management suggestions for leaders on how to strengthen their Spiritual leadership and how to promote Employee Voice Behavior.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper in the sample collection,data processing and empirical analysis are pointed out and the future research prospects are proposed. |
