Research On Business-Finance Integration Of AH Telecom Under Financial Sharing Mode

With the continuous development of China's economy,a good market environment has provided favorable conditions for the growth of enterprises.Many enterprises have been expanding in scale.They have set up branch(sub)companies all over the country,and their main business has shown diversified development.This progress not only brings about income growth,but also increases the difficulty of the overall management of companies-Cross-regional management not only increases the cost of management,but also reduces the efficiency of company management.The financial sharing mode introduced by ZTE has found a new way out for this dilemma.Financial sharing services help enterprises to centralize accounting functions,improve the efficiency of group work,and promote the deep integration of business and finance.In recent years,more and more enterprises have gradually accepted them.Among them,because of its own particularity,the telecommunications industry relies more on information technology.Compared with other industries,it began to use financial sharing mode earlier and established financial sharing service centers in various provinces.However,because the financial sharing mode is still in the development stage,there are still some problems in the actual use process.This paper chooses AH Telecom as a case to study Business-Fiance integration under the financial sharing mode of AH TelecomThe article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance of the article.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the relevant research literature on enterprise Business-Fiance integration under the mode of financial sharing at home and abroad,the research methods,research ideas and innovative points of the paper are determined.The second part is the theoretical basis.This chapter will introduce the related concepts of Financial Sharing Mode and Business-Fiance integration,and elaborate the relevant theoretical basis.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of Business-Fiance integration in AH telecom industry under the mode of financial sharing.This chapter mainly introduces the current situation of Business-Fiance integration under the mode of Financial Sharing in AH telecom.Firstly,it analyses the choice of Financial Sharing Mode and the construction of information system,points out the methods and key processes of Business-Fiance integration,and then puts forward the problems to be optimized in the process of it.The fourth part is the improvement suggestions of AH Telecom Business-Fiance integration under the financial sharing mode.Based on the related theories of financial sharing services and Business-Fiance integration,this chapter puts forward improvement suggestions for Financial Sharing mode,information system construction and three key processes,combining with the current situation of Business-Fiance integration in the above cases.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook of the study.This chapter mainly summarizes the whole article,and looks forward to the development prospects of Business-Finance integration under the mode of financial sharing.The innovation of this paper lies in that many domestic experts,scholars and accountants have begun to study the financial sharing model,and have achieved good results.Some scholars have focused their research perspectives on the related issues of Business-Fiance integration,but most of the contents are about the connotation and significance of it,and lack of in-depth exploration of financial process optimization from a micro perspective.This paper chooses AH Telecom as the research object,combines the discussion of infrastructure construction such as sharing platform and information system,focuses on the key processes in the process of industry-finance integration,combs the advantages brought by Financial Sharing Mode for Enterprise-Finance integration,analyses the problems existing in Enterprise-Finance integration at the present stage,and optimizes the corresponding processes,so as to provide reference value for relevant enterprises.
