L Packaging Co.,Ltd is a foreign-owned high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of aseptic paper packaging,The products are mainly used for liquid milk,beverage and other industries.As a domestic first-class aseptic packaging company,facing more than 20 competitors in the same industry,it has great pressure in marketing price,product innovation and marketing methods.L company is facing many problems and difficulties in the operation.First of all,the production cost is relatively high,and there is no bundled sales of filling machines and packaging materials widely implemented by the same industry;the research and development ability of new products is weak.Specific to the product marketing strategy also revealed many defects deficiencies.The choice of target customer is not clear enough,In the terms of product cost performance,it is more suitable for large customers,but actually main customers are basically limited to small and medium-sized dairy companies;competitors in the same industry respond to market demand with flexible product prices and product innovation and changing cooperation models,under the general trend of change,the product of innovation is weak,the added value is low,and the value-added service is lacking.In the downturn of the main economy,the customer enterprise mainly mainly chooses the main factor of cost-effectivess in the context of cost reduction.Rigidity,pricing and price adjustments deviates from market orientation.In order to reverse the competitive disadvantages and enhance the ability of sustainable development,it is urgent to optimize and improve the marketing strategy of the company's aseptic paper packaging products.This paper focuses on the optimization of the marketing strategy of the company's aseptic paper packaging products.The main research contents include five parts following:The first part reviews the relevant basic theories and research literature to provide theoretical support for strategy optimization;The second part analyzes the market opportunities of the company's aseptic paper packaging products,including the marketing environment analysis,user purchasing behavior analysis and market demand measurement and forecasting;The third part describes the analysis of the current marketing strategy of the company's aseptic paper packaging products,and analyzes the existing problems;The Fourth part designs and improves the future marketing strategy of the company's aseptic paper packaging products from the STP strategy and the 4P marketing combination strategy;The fifth part provides a series of suggestions on the implementation and safeguard measures of marketing strategy optimization,mainly covering the organizational structure,human resources,after-sales service,quality assurance system,corporate culture and other areas of support measures.
