Based on the example of Rongcheng's behavior of W Bank,this paper uses a series of analytical methods,aiming at the present situation and existing problems of the development of the retail banking business of W Bank,combines the characteristics of Rongcheng County and the retail banking business of W Branch according to local conditions,and probes into the combination competition strategy of the retail banking business in depth and shallowly,hoping to improve the retail banking business of Rongcheng Bank in County market.The competitiveness and expansion of the market,a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and opportunities of commercial banks' retail banking business development,promote the continuous transformation and upgrading of commercial banks' retail banking business.Firstly,it summarizes the development process of retail banking and shows the development trend of retail banking business.Chapter 2 summarizes the development process of retail banking business at home and abroad,makes a detailed analysis and summary of the characteristics of retail business at home and abroad,and makes a comparative study of the development trend of retail banking business at home and abroad,and comprehensively constructs the development environment,possible trend and development direction of the retail banking business of Rongcheng Bank of W Bank.Branches have
