With the development of the financial globalization and the rapid development of e-commerce, foreign banks access, national commercial banks have reorganized and listed, the banking competition has entered the white-hot. Who can grasp the customers, manage and develop the customers effectively, he will aim the advantages of competition in the market .So the banking business has become a marketing strategy of commercial banks in the highly competitive environment of the key to victory.This paper analyzes the current development situation and influencing factors of the retail banking business of commercial banks. It introduces the development of the historical background and evolution trend of the international banking and retail business, and China's commercial banks and retail business as well as the development of key performance factors. Through the analyzes of China Merchants Bank Shenyang Branch of the retail banking business'environment analysis.
