| Fresh produce occupies an important position in people’s daily consumption.More and more customers choose to go to the supermarket to buy fresh produce.The management of fresh produce is not only an important business for the supermarket to attract passengers and win the market.At the same time,its operating level and capabilities also directly represent the competitiveness and overall image of a supermarket.Due to the characteristics of fresh,perishable and short-lived fresh produce,the construction of an efficient fresh produce supply chain management system improves logistics efficiency and storage levels,reduces product costs,reduces product losses,and ensures the standardization and quality of fresh produce.Safety is always the key issue that needs to be solved in the operation of supermarket fresh agricultural products.Based on the theory of supply chain management and the theory of agricultural super docking,Yonghui Supermarket,which takes the characteristics of fresh agricultural products as the research object,carries out an innovative analysis on the fresh produce supply chain management.Through summarizing and researching relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the research ideas and main research directions of supermarket fresh produce supply chain management are sorted out,and the research perspectives and main contents of supermarket fresh produce supply chain management are explored.The paper analyzes the construction and characteristics of Yonghui Supermarket Fresh Produce Supply Chain System from two perspectives:logistics management,procurement management,two partnership perspectives,partnership management,and information management.It includes the unique direct marketing and direct management system and logistics distribution.The construction of the center,the development of production and marketing strategic alliances,etc.Subsequently,through SWOT analysis,it summarizes its own strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats faced,and looks forward to its future development space.Then it combines the successful experience of fresh supply chain management between Wal-Mart and Carrefour’s two well-known retail companies,and draws lessons from them.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions as well as specific measures for the optimization and upgrading of the supply chain of Yonghui Fresh Produce.Through theoretical and typical case studies,this paper aims to provide theoretical guidance and experience for domestic retail enterprises in the management of fresh agricultural supply chain management. |
