Research On Supervision Of Rural Food Safety

Food,as a necessity for human survival and life,to ensure its safety is related to everyone's health and life safety.As China's reform and opening up continue to increase,people's income continues to increase,and living standards have also improved greatly,people's demand for food has also shifted from simple satiation to nutrition and safety.But,at present,food safety problems occur frequently in our country,such as " Sudan Red Duck Egg"," leather milk"," Waste Oil" and " Sanlu Milk Powder" and so on.In response to the emerging food safety problems,the Chinese government has taken a series of measures to effectively improve the quality of food.The quality of urban food has been effectively improved.However,criminals use the characteristics of rural residents with low education level and weak awareness of food safety to sell a large number of fake and shoddy food to rural areas,and the existence of small workshops,small catering and small food shops in rural areas is relatively common,and the food safety situation in rural areas is grim.In order to solve the problem of rural food safety,China's rural areas have also set up food safety supervision agencies,but their establishment time is short,there are still many deficiencies,resulting in insufficient supervision capacity for rural food safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the current rural food safety supervision issues.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation in L Town,I have studied the supervision of rural food safety.First of all,I understand the current situation of food safety supervision in L town.Then,through the questionnaire survey of the food business entities in L town and the interviews with the staff of the Food and Drug Administration in L town,we know that there are three main problems in the current rural food safety supervision: first,the problems of food production,low efficiency in the handling of business licenses and difficulty in the implementation of the advance filing of rural collective dinners exist in the prior supervision of rural food safety supervision;Second,there are some problems in the supervision of rural food safety supervision,such as inadequate supervision of rural food processing workshops,backward supervision methods and lack of continuity of supervision.Third,the post-event supervision of rural food safety supervision has the problems of weak punishment for food safety violations and lack of information disclosure.Analysis of the causes of these problems mainly includes the following four aspects: First,the rural food safety supervision system is not perfect;Second,the setting of rural food safety supervision institutions is not perfect.Third,the government has insufficient investment in rural food safety supervision funds;Fourth,there is a lack of information disclosure mechanism for rural food safety supervision.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follows: first,strengthen the construction of rural food safety supervision related systems;second,strengthen the construction of rural food safety supervision institutions;third,strengthen food safety publicity and education in rural areas;fourth,improve the information disclosure system of rural food safety supervision;fifth,support public participation in rural food safety supervision.I hope that the research on the current rural food safety supervision can provide effective suggestions for the rural food safety supervision in our country,improve the level of rural food safety supervision in our country,and safeguard the life and property safety of rural consumers.
