Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In Shandong Province

Food safety has always been the focus of government,production and processing enterprises,society and ordinary people.It is also the focus of the central and local government departments in policy,law,regulations and measures.However,there will be a variety of different food safety incidents every year in China.The public concern for food safety is more urgent,and the main factors that endanger food safety are often changed.We know that food safety is a problem of the people's livelihood.If we want to eradicate it fundamentally,we should strengthen governance from the perspective of food producers and operators,prevent illegal profit making in food safety problems in advance through effective laws and regulations and regulatory channels,and regulate the good rank of food production and management industries.So it will make offenders dare not overstepped.Violators will be severely punished by the law.This paper Took Shandong Province as an example,studied the basic situation of food safety supervision,the outstanding problems and reasons,and the specific improvement measures.The main contents of this paper include the following points: firstly,it analyzed the basic concepts of food safety,food safety supervision and food safety supervision system are explained,and the application of new public service theory,government responsibility theory and public governance theory in food safety supervision.The basic situation of food safety supervision in Shandong province was analyzed in aspects such as link,production and processing link,market circulation link,food service link and health food,food safety supervision and inspection organization setting,and summarized the more prominent questions in food safety supervision in Shandong Province.That is the defects of the regulatory organization and the industry.The regulation is not ideal and the role of market supervision is poor.Then the cause of food safety supervision in Shandong province is analyzed.It is mainly manifested in three aspects of food safety supervision problems,market failure in food safety supervision and government failure in food safety supervision,and again,through foreign food.The present situation,main means and successful experience of safety supervision system are introduced,and specific countermeasures for improving food safety supervision in Shandong province are put forward.
