Motor vehicle insurance is a type of transportation insurance that is the subject of the motor vehicle itself and the third party responsibility of the motor vehicle.It plays a role in dispersing the risk of road traffic accidents and providing economic compensation to the victims in road traffic safety management.The auto insurance business is an important part of the property insurance company's business.In most of the property insurance companies,the auto insurance business has even accounted for more than 70% of the company's business,and its operating conditions play a vital role in the company's business development.Under the background of strong auto insurance tariff regulation and the increasingly differentiated development of the insurance industry,the auto insurance business competition of various property insurance companies has shifted from the original auto insurance price competition to service competition.As the "export end" of auto insurance business,the insurance claim efficiency and the quality of claims service are the key factors affecting the renewal rate.A property insurance company continues to make technological breakthroughs in the claims business,in order to promote the "online" process of claims below 10,000 yuan.Auto insurance online claims refer to the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in auto insurance claims.For claims under 10,000 yuan,the claims are processed online through the intelligent claims system,which speeds up the accident handling.A property insurance company's auto insurance online claim mode mainly includes telephone direct compensation,repair shop self-service claims,good car owner APP,auto insurance claims assistant and video claims.Compared with the traditional claims mode,the "online" model is mainly reflected in the report,investigation,and loss-making links,that is,the online reporting of most cases,the online investigation of the case of less than 10,000 yuan,and the small amount of online Self-help of the case.This paper first introduces the development scale of A property insurance company and the development status of auto insurance business,and briefly analyzes the internal and external background of A insurance company's auto insurance online claims.Secondly,taking the specific implementation situation of auto insurance online claims in Henan Province as an example,combined with the net recommendation statistics of customers in Henan Province,the implementation of auto insurance online claims is explained.Through the research and data obtained by A property insurance company,although the implementation of the online claim model has effectively improved the efficiency of claims,and reduced the cost of the company,the online claim model may also induce new risks and videos in the implementation.The problem of low claims usage rate,off-site customer dissatisfaction,trust problems between the two sides,and uneven development of the region are due to the limited level of existing claims technology,imperfect system rules,lack of communication between personnel,and uncontrollable Factors,supervision system is not perfect.Finally,in order to solve the problems in the implementation of the auto insurance online claim model,it is suggested that the auto insurance online claims can be improved by improving the network technology level,improving the system rules,strengthening internal and external coordination,paying attention to risk prevention,and strengthening daily supervision.More perfect,in order to promote the auto insurance online claims to mature,to provide customers with better service.
