Research On The Design Of Residential Renovation In Tourist-oriented Villages

In 2009,with the support of the country's multi-faceted support for the development of tourism,the tourism industry developed rapidly with the support of national policies.In recent years,due to the rapid development of the city,the environment has deteriorated,while the countryside has attracted a large number of tourists with its natural and beautiful environment.Rural tourism has become a focus of tourism development.The state emphasizes that rural tourism should be promoted together with the construction of beautiful rural areas,not only for economic development,but also for the beautification of the environment and ecology.As one of the postcards of the village,the house is an important part of the rural environment.Neat,unified and applicable tourist-style homes can attract more tourists and contribute to the development of tourism,thus driving the development of the local rural economy.This article takes this as a starting point,starting with visiting and investigating the tourist villages,and looking at the related theories on the relationship between food,housing,tourism and housing in the tourist villages,and summarizing and sorting out the types of transformation of farmers 'houses to adapt to the tourism industry.By studying the basic situation of mogou village and the case of the reconstruction of houses,combining the relevant theoretical research,the principles of tourism rural design and reconstruction of houses are obtained,and the key points and difficulties in the reconstruction of houses are also specified.The article is divided into three parts:Part ?: Chapter ? introduces the background and related concepts of this research topic.This paper expounds the development course,current situation and literature review of rural tourism at home and abroad.The second part: Chapter 2 and Chapter 3,according to the case of investigation,summarized the type of residential renovation.Specifically,the geographical location,industrial characteristics,economic development,tourism status,tourism needs and positioning,the impact of tourism on residential buildings,residential reconstruction examples are described.The third part: the fourth chapter,based on the above research examples,puts forward the principles of rural design and residential renovation,summarizes the key points and difficulties of the design,and applies the principles,key points and difficulties to the design of residential renovation.
