Study On The Rural Residential Land Reclamation Design In The Rural Tourism Area

At present, domestic and foreign scholars have different exposition about the definition and the connotation of the rural tourism, It is widely believed that the rurality is the most typical characteristics for the rural tourism. The rural residential land reclamation design research in the rural tourism area is the rural residential land reclamation research process in the rural tourism areas, that is to say the premise and conditions for the rural residential land reclamation design is within the rural tourism areas, therefore, these deeided that the objective of the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area is to provide service for the sustainable development of the rural tourism, and to ensure better development for the rural tourism. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation, characteristics. for the rural tourism, and the analysis of principle, process and typical individual engineering design theory research for the rural residential land reclamation design, this study put forward principles, key points and process theory for the rural residential land reclamation design research in the rural tourism area. At the same time, this study validates the related theory knowledge for the rural residential land reclamation design research in the rural tourism area about on the empirical research of the the rural residential land reclamation design research for the8villages and towns such as Xucun Town at the Wuyuan rural tourism in the Jiangxi province, then finally preliminarily determines the related theory about the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area. The research includes five parts of the main content.The first part is an introduction, mainly explains the basis of this thesis selected title, goes on the simple survey for relevant research of the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area, introduces goal in research, research contents, research approach and techniques line at the same time.The second part is the theory basis, introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including land scarcity theory, the theory of rural tourism and the theory of land consolidation.The third part is the theory research on the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area, including the brief introduction of the rural tourism, the theory analysis of the rural residential land reclamation design and the main points for the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area3parts. This part firstly simple introduces the connotation and characteristics of the rural tourism, then analyzes the process and each single-item engineering typical design of the rural residential land reclamation design for the increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land, finally put forward the correlated theories for the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area:reclamation design principle, design key points and reclamation design process.The fourth part is the empirical research on the rural residential land reclamation design in the Wuyuan rural tourism area, including the brief introduction of the Wuyuan county rural tourism and the rural residential land reclamation design in the Wuyuan rural tourism area2parts. Because the objective of the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area is to provide service for the rural tourism, so this part firstly brief introduces the current Wuyuan county rural tourism, and focuses on the analysis of the characteristics for the Wuyuan rural tourism planning, the future development strategy and industrial layout, product development and product structure planning, tourism traffic and service facilities planning, tourist routes planning and so on. On the basis of the determining the future development of the Wuyuan county rural tourism, this study designs the rural residential land reclamation in the Wuyuan rural tourism area, this study represents the empirical research on the rural residential land reclamation design in the Wuyuan rural tourism area adopting typical cases analysis method:firstly analyzes the basic situation, the status quo and future development for the rural tourism area at the reclamation design land block of the rural residential land, then determines planting crop variety for the reclamation design land block of the rural residential land synthesis according to these information, finally designs the reclamation design land block of the rural residential reclamation land according to the rural tourism development requirements, planting requirements of the identified crop variety and the theory knowledge of the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area.The fifth part is the research conclusion and discussion part, including the research conclusion of the study and discussion. The conclusion of the study is mainly made by the theory research and theoretical research on the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area. The discussion puts forward some shortcomings and discussion need better correlation study based on the research conclusion of the rural residential land reclamation design in the rural tourism area.
