Analysis And Prevention Of Financial Risks Of Beinmei Infant And Child Co., Ltd

As a basic industry for people's livelihood,the food industry is accompanied by various risks in its development process.Financial risks are one of them.As the competition in the food industry becomes increasingly fierce,more and more food enterprises will go bankrupt due to financial risks.Therefore,if financial risks are not discovered in a timely manner and effective prevention and control measures are taken,it will certainly lead to financial crisis of food enterprises,and they will fall into financial difficulties and fail to achieve sound development.This paper takes beingmate company as the research object.After sorting out and reading other scholars' researches on financial risk,it adopts the method of combining theory and case to analyze the financial statement data of the company in the past five years.Through the data characteristics of the balance sheet,income statement and cash flow statement,it analyzes the company's operation status.Using the theory of financial risk management,this paper analyzes and identifies three kinds of financial risks beingmate face at present:financing,investment and operation.Beingmate has financial risks in investment decision,liability structure,accounts receivable and other aspects.This article combining with the characteristics of the infant child food industry,and according to the above three kinds of selection risk financial risk evaluation index,the improved efficacy coefficient method is adopted to establish the financial risk evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the index weight,and further analyze the bei because of the financial risk assessment results,obtained by the financial risk is bigger and bigger in recent years.Furthermore,this paper also deeply discusses the problems in the company's financial risk management,analyzes the specific causes of the problems,and accordingly develops financial risk warning and preventive measures.By studying the financial situation of beingmate,this paper finds out the reasons for the financial risks of beingmate and puts forward correspondingimprovement Suggestions,hoping to improve the anti-risk ability of beingmate and provide references for the risk control of infant food industry.
