The Research On Financial Risk Prevention And Control Of ABC Logistics Enterprises

With the constant improvement of our country's social and economic development level,people's consumption habits have changed,the domestic logistics industry is developing rapidly in recent years,logistics industry technology progress,logistics enterprise operation and management methods are also great changes have taken place,logistics enterprises in the process of its operations in the face of all kinds of uncertainty factors become more complex,the financial risk is the important factors that affect business,enterprise to achieve sustainable development must be faced with financial risk for effective prevention and control.This paper first describes the research background,research objectives and contents,and also introduces the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the prevention and control of financial risks.The basic methods of financial risk control are combed by introducing the related concepts of financial risk.This paper takes ABC logistics enterprise as the research object,identifies its financial position,and then builds financial risk assessment system to help enterprises prevent and control financial risks.In the process of research,this paper first introduces the basic situation of ABC logistics enterprise,from the aspects of financing,investment,operation and income distribution of ABC logistics enterprises may face the risk of identification,the efficacy coefficient method and combine the characteristics of the ABC logistics enterprises,select suitable financial status evaluation index to construct the ABC logistics enterprise financial risk evaluation index system,told ABC logistics enterprise financial risk evaluation.Finally,it puts forward the prevention and control measures for the financial risks faced by ABC logistics enterprises.
