Research On Financial Expenditure Level Of Housing Security In Prefecture-level Cities Of Shanxi Province

Since the implementation of housing security policy,the level of financial expenditure on housing security of urban residents in China has been increasing year by year.However,through in-depth analysis and research,it is found that there are still some shortcomings and loopholes in the operation of housing security policy,which fails to solve the housing problem of some low-income families and affects the overall level of financial expenditure on housing security in China.Therefore,this paper takes Shanxi Province as the research object,and studies the financial expenditure level of housing security for urban residents from 2008 to 2017.With the support of policies at the national level,Shanxi Province has also continuously promulgated and implemented corresponding housing security policies according to its own situation,and the level of housing security financial expenditure has been continuously improved.But in the national view,the financial level of housing security in Shanxi Province is still on the low side,and there are great differences between cities at all levels.Based on the comparison and analysis of the current situation of housing security financial expenditure level in Shanxi provinces and cities,and the analysis of the differences among different regions in the light of the influencing factors of housing security financial expenditure level,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the level of housing security financial expenditure in Shanxi provinces and cities and to promote its rationalization.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the study of related issues in similar areas,and provide necessary basis for the formulation and improvement of relevant policies by Shanxi provincial and municipal governments.Taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper compares and analyses the financial expenditure level of housing security in prefecture-level cities by referring to various measurement indicators proposed by predecessors,and obtains the comprehensive ranking of housing security in Prefecture-level cities.The results are as follows: Datong City and Shuozhou City have relatively high level of financial expenditure on housing security,while Linfen City and Luliang City have relatively low level of financial expenditure on housing security.Taiyuan,as the capital of the province,has a medium level of fiscal expenditure.On this basis,combined with the factors of economy,housing market and policy that affect the level of housing security financial expenditure as the breakthrough point,this paper analyses the reasons for the difference of housing security financial level in 11 prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province,and finds that the factors of housing security policy and the overall level of economic development are the most important factors affecting the level of housing security,but the state of government's financial revenue is the most important factor.The level of urban development and housing market conditions have a certain degree of restriction on housing security level in different areas.Therefore,from the perspective of housing security policies,economic development,supply and demand situation and residents' consumption concept,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the rationalization of housing security level in prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province and to improve the housing security level of urban residents in prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province.
