Research On Housing Security Level About Prefecture-level Cities’ Urban Residents Of Shanxi Province

With constant deepening of the housing system reform in our country, the existing housing security system has been improved and the overall size and per capita housing security level has been significantly improved. In support of national level policies, Shanxi Province also continuing to adopt appropriate policies and implementation of housing security according to their own situation, the housing security level also continues to increase. However, the country seems that the level housing security of Shanxi Province is still low and there is a big difference bet ween the prefectural-level cities.This paper uses entropy method prefecture-level city of Shanxi Province level of housing security and a comprehensive analysis of estimates, combined with the level of housing security factors to analyze the reasons housing security level of regional differences, we proposed to increase the level of prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province and housing security which tends to promote the rationalization of policy recommendations. We expect to be able to provide references for the study of issues related to a similar area, and to develop and improve relevant policies to provide the necessary basis for the Shanxi province and prefecture-level city government.In this paper, 11 prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province as the research object, measure the level of housing security by drawing predecessors raised from housing security coverage level, the area level and the level of funding for the establishment of three point of view to measure the level of Shanxi housing security indicators system, adopt the method of quantitative analysis, the level of housing security around the city level was estimated results over the city level housing security situation comprehensive score, by comparison of the scores, obtained in Shanxi Province 11 prefecture-level cities the level of housing security the relative ranking of the case: Datong, Shuozhou city housing security level is relatively high, and Linfen city, Luliang city housing security level is relatively low, as the capital city of Taiyuan its level of protection is only ranked No. 5, etc. conclusions. On this basis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining factors of economic, demographic, housing markets affect the level of housing security as the starting point is analyzed in Shanxi Province 11 prefecture-level city relatively low level of housing security reasons for the differences and found that the government’s housing security policy factors are most important factors affecting the level of housing security, but the government’s fiscal income, market conditions and the level of development of urban housing in different regions of the housing security level of a limiting factor to some extent, therefore, from housing security policies, economic development, the concept of supply and demand as well as consumer perspectives put forward to promote the level of prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province urban housing security and rationalization proposals to raise the level of housing security of urban residents in the prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province.
