Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Housing Security Level In Liaoning Province

In recent years, the house prices is so high that the middle income families cannot buy commercial housing directly through the market. The government put "residents have room to live" as the target, formulated the indemnificatory housing policy regime, aimed at resolving the low-income family in housing problem. At present our country indemnificatory housing system is mainly composed of economy is applicable housing system, the system of low-rent housing and housing accumulation fund system structure, these system in solving the housing problems of low-income families in our country play a certain role. After more than ten years of hard work, Liaoning province indemnificatory housing system which is continuous improvement of the development under the guidance of the relevant national policy, has been building a perfect housing security system. However, due to the policy itself is not mature and implement the various problems in the process, resulting in some problems of the low-income family housing is still not solved.This paper, begain with the current situation of the development of affordable housing in liaoning province, and analyzes the impact of liaoning province housing safeguard level of various factors,this paper establish the evaluation index system, and then use analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to calculate the weight coefficient of index, and then put forward ascension liaoning province housing safeguard level of countermeasures.This article studied six aspects of housing security level in liaoning province:The first chapter from liaoning province housing security research background, research purpose, research significance, the research method and technical route, as well as five aspects, liaoning housing safeguard level of some basic theory research.
