Research On Private Fund Operation Risk Management Of QY Asset Management Company

With the rapid development of securities market,private securities investment fund has become an important force in China's social investment activities.Private securities investment fund is a kind of private fund,in which the manager collects the funds of qualified investors through private fundraising and puts them into the securities market through professional portfolio analysis in order to achieve higher investment returns.However,the private fund of QY company studied in this paper mainly invests in the secondary market of stocks,so it is always faced with market risks brought by market fluctuations;Liquidity risk caused by investor's foreclosure;Internal risks caused by poor management of the company.The operation of private fund in this paper considers the investment activities and the organizational structure and internal control mechanism established to guarantee the investment activities.Through questionnaire survey,index analysis and comparative analysis of the same industry,this paper evaluates and finds that the current risk management mode of QY company is not effective.Therefore,this paper systematically proposed a plan for QY company's private fund operation risk management.Firstly,literature analysis method was combined with field interview method to obtain the risk list.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk,and the ranking of each risk factor and the conclusion of higher overall risk level were obtained.Finally,the thesis puts forward risk prevention Suggestions according to the actual situation of QY company,in order to improve the operation risk management level of private fund of QY company and improve the operation efficiency.
