Commercial Bank Operation Risk Assessment Research Based On The AHP And Fuzzy

A bank formerly known as A10city bank consolidation, was formally established in2007. A banking risk control experience remains to be promoted, especially on the operational risk is attention and research in recent years, it still belongs to the early stage, is one of the important factors that restrict Banks’ risk management level in A. So A bank should operation risk factors identification and evaluation, found and improve the adverse factors, promote A bank risk management level, reduce the risk probability, risk reduction.In this paper, the main risk in the commercial bank and the bank operation risk related theoretical study, on the basis of A bank operation risk and management, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the existing events, on the basis of establishing the corresponding index system; According to the A LYG branch practice analysis, after analysis the corresponding analysis results and operating risk aversion measures are put forward.First of all, the author provides a theory with practice, aiming at the actual in A bank operation risk management problems, propose solutions, and practice analysis, select one of the branch makes theoretical model applied to the actual operation risk assessment. Then summed up the operational risk management of banks in A for evaluation model; then through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is studied, it can apply in the actual project, the actual evaluation results and use; finally, through the research and practice of project, and the risk assessment results, several measures are put forward to reduce the operational risk management.Through this article in the bank of A LYG branch set up a complete, scientific and systematic operation risk assessment system, and puts forward some measures to avoid risks, effective guidance bank of A LYG branch of risk management to carry out the operation. With the application of risk aversion measures, LYG branch operation risk loss event has been reduced, raised the branch safety management level, improve the core competitiveness of the branch.
