Financial Analysis Of Beingmate Company Under Harvard Analytical Framework

With the continuous development of socio-economic,the traditional financial analysis system has been unable to truly and accurately reflect the financial situation of enterprises,and the Harvard Analytical Framework can better help the management of enterprises to understand the current financial management situation and position in the industry.Therefore,this paper will use the Harvard Analytical Framework to conduct financial analysis of Beingmate company.According to the data in the company's financial report,it will conduct a comprehensive financial analysis from the strategic aspects,accounting aspects,financial aspects and prospects aspects,help Beingmate to develop better in the current increasingly fierce industry competition.Based on Harvard Analytical Framework,this paper conducts financial analysis of Beingmate.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant literature and basic theory of financial analysis and Harvard Analytical Framework.At the same time,it introduces the PEST analysis method and the SWOT analysis method.Secondly,the basic situation of Beingmate is introduced.It is found that Beingmate's performance has declined in recent years and its operation has suffered serious losses.If these problems can not be solved in time,Beingmate will not be able to regain its status as a “milk powder giant”.Then,Harvard Analytical Framework theory is applied to the financial research of Beingmate.Through the PEST and the SWOT analysis model,Beingmate's in-depth internal and external strategic analysis is carried out.In accounting analysis,first of all,we need to understand the major changes in accounting policies and accounting estimates of Beingmate,and then select the large proportion of key items for identification and analysis.In the aspect of financial analysis,through the analysis of Beingmate's solvency,profitability,operation ability and growth ability,the paper finds the problems existing in Beingmate,and then it carries out prospects analysis and forecast according to the opportunities,challenges,internal and external risks faced by Beingmate at present.Finally,according to the analysis above,the paper finds out the points for improvement of Beingmate and puts forward pertinent suggestions.
