As a management measure to realize effective management,performance appraisal has been attached great importance in enterprise management at home and abroad.As a water conservancy project supervision enterprise,it is urgent to establish a set of reasonable,effective and scientific project supervision personnel performance appraisal scheme.This paper adopts literature research and case analysis,selection of JH supervision company as the research object,through to the supervision of JH company project supervision personnel performance appraisal status quo of the in-depth analysis and research,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,for the present supervision of JH company project supervision personnel performance appraisal scheme optimization provides a solid foundation,and explore new project supervision personnel performance appraisal program implementation safeguard measures,to ensure that the company can attract talent,improve the comprehensive strength of enterprises,promote the sustainable development of supervision company JH.In this paper,we study mainly divided into the following several parts:the paper first chapter is introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,I have been engaged in supervision industry and characteristics of supervision industry work more clearly,and according to the present situation of the company put forward the research ideas and research content of this article,never tongfang face in this paper,research methods and research innovations.Performance evaluation related theory in chapter 2,the first is to use this article to the performance evaluation of relevant concepts and theories are summarized,from the purpose of this chapter,time,process,managers of different aspects,the performance appraisal and performance management system and comprehensive comparison,and expounds the quality type,type of behavior and result type method and method of "morality,ability,work,performance,this paper mainly introduces the key performance indicators,target management method,the balanced scorecard and 360 degree performance appraisal methods,such as appraisal method,supervision company JH for later research project supervision personnel performance appraisal status quo of theory foreshadowing.Chapter 3 JH supervision company project supervision personnel current situation and problems of performance appraisal,first of all to JH supervision company profiles and the present situation of management and organization structure and staff profiles,introduces the supervision company JH problems such as unreasonable personnel structure,and introduced the supervision company JH engineering supervision personnel performance appraisal and the existing problems,and now its performance appraisal problems mainly displays in:performance appraisal purpose is not clear,performance appraisal index set is not reasonable,performance appraisal method is not appropriate,performance appraisal feedback and communication is insufficient,the serious influence enterprise staffs work enthusiasm and enterprise development.Chapter 4 optimization design of performance appraisal scheme for project supervisors of JH supervision company.Firstly,the optimization idea of performance appraisal scheme for project supervisors of JH supervision company is determined,and optimization is carried out according to the principles of classification,feasibility and practicality,common development,fairness and openness.Supervision company to JH project supervision personnel performance appraisal scheme optimization,mainly from the performance appraisal target optimization,improve the supervision personnel responsibilities,contents and working process,improve the performance evaluation index,a reasonable set up scores of assessment index weight,perfect set the determination of the inspection cycle,strengthen the feedback and communication aspects of the existing supervision personnel performance appraisal scheme optimization design.Chapter five guarantees the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme for project supervisors of JH supervision company.Based on the optimization design of the performance appraisal scheme for project supervisors of JH supervision company mentioned above,it explores the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal scheme from the aspects of system,organization and personnel.Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect of this thesis.
