In recent years,on the one hand,with the expansion of consumer sovereignty and the rapid development of e-commerce,market demand has changed rapidly,making quality and cheap a mainstream consumer trend,on the other hand,the continuous increase in business costs and operating expenses of enterprises has continuously squeezed corporate profits.The development of Sundan also encountered the same bottleneck.The current procurement cost of Sundan accounted for more than 80%of the total operating costs,resulting in limited space for the company to tap profits.Studies have shown that if the procurement cost of some industries is reduced by 1%,profits will increase by 10% or even more.How to reduce procurement costs for Sundan,it is necessary to start with supplier evaluation,so that Sundan can improve its core competitiveness in operation management.It depends on the existing supplier evaluation system to choose a supplier.It is difficult to meet the needs of its own development and market.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and effective supplier evaluation index system is the core link of the company's long-term development strategy,and also an important way to enhance competitive advantage and meet consumer demand.Based on the above background,the thesis focuses on supplier evaluation,and adopts a combination of normative analysis and mathematical research to study the current situation of supplier evaluation of Sundan,guided by theories and tools such as supplier selection theory and supplier evaluation methods.The background and current situation of the supplier evaluation of Sundan were described,and the problems and reasons of the supplier evaluation system of Sundan were analyzed.It is proposed that Sundan should establish a scientific and comprehensive supplier evaluation index system,and use questionnaire survey method,Delphi method to select and optimize indicators,and use analytic hierarchy process to assign value toeach evaluation index and establish an evaluation model,and use case verification.Finally,by perfecting the incentive mechanism,strengthening cooperation and constructing risk prevention,safeguard measures were proposed.The research conclusion of the thesis proposes that if a household appliance chain company wants to select a suitable long-term supplier,it must establish a scientific and complete supplier evaluation index system.At the same time,it is also necessary to improve the incentive mechanism,strengthen the win-win cooperation relationship,and establish safeguard measures for the supply and demand sides to prevent risks,so that the supplier evaluation index system can be successfully landed in Sundan and implemented in a long-term and effective manner.This measure has played a positive role in reducing the purchase cost and maintaining stable product quality and delivery.The thesis research provides a scientific approach to supplier evaluation from a new perspective,combining the theory with practice,embodies the "appropriate is the best" improvement measures,and provides a certain level of supplier evaluation for Sundan and similar appliance chain companies The theoretical and practical reference value.
