As a real estate company,HL's own business situation is subject to severe challenges when the external environment changes.Therefore,the management of HL Company will adjust the development strategy according to its own advantages and analyze the development strategy according to its own advantages.The strategic transformation is a diversified enterprise integrating development,operation and service oriented by “cultural tourism + real estate + finance”,with the intention of achieving rapid development through strategic transformation.Based on the relevant theories of strategic transformation and financial risk management,this paper takes HL as the research object and analyzes the internal mechanism between HL's strategic transformation and financial risk from the perspective of broad financial risk.From the financing activities,investment activities,business activities and income distribution of HL Company,the financial risks in the process of strategic transformation are identified: the pre-investment of cultural tourism projects will intensify the scale of debts,and the financing channels will be single;the expansion of project investment will lead to imbalance in production and sales.The combination of industry and finance may induce investment risks;the transformation benefits are not up to expectations,the possibility of losses arising from accounts receivable is increased,and the degree of specialization of the team is not high;the distribution of income is highly volatile,which may generate risk of income distribution.In order to evaluate the company's financial risk level,this paper uses the univariate indicators and the Z-score model to conduct specific levels and comprehensive evaluations.The analysis results show that HL's financial risk level is higher.In order to better control the existing risks of HL,the article finally proposes corresponding control measures: optimizing capital structure,broadening financing channels;focusing on planning and management of pre-project investment;reducing transformation costs and strengthening accounts receivable management And to improve the degree of professionalism of employees;balance the development of the company and the needs of shareholders to develop a revenue distribution policy.
