Research On The Way To Improve The Efficiency Of Enter-prise Project Management In Digital Environment

Nowadays,project system plays an increasingly important role in the production of social organizations.The optimization of project management has become an important part in the process of enterprise development.In recent years,with the explosive emergence of various digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the production concept,management mode and institutional environment of the society are beginning to show signs of inconsistency with the existing project management mode.Therefore,under the background of highly developed digital and network information technology,it is of great practical significance to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the improvement of project management efficiency and explore new influencing factors and paths for the improvement of project management efficiency.Based on the existing research results of sharing economics,environmental system theory,project management maturity and enterprise project management efficiency,this study takes project-based enterprises and their projects as the research object,and elaborates the path and mechanism of influencing enterprise project management efficiency in the emerging digital environment.In the process of the research,the methods of literature analysis,empirical research,case analysis,survey interviews and questionnaire survey are mainly used.The research is mainly carried out in the following parts:Firstly,on the basis of summarizing and combing the concepts of efficiency and project management efficiency,through literature review,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of project management efficiency and related research on evaluation.At the same time,extract the influence path of enterprise project management efficiency under traditional environment,mainly through the improvement of project management maturity to improve enterprise project management efficiency.Secondly,through the refinement of new theories and contents emerging in the field of project management in the digital era,this paper proposes a new concept of project information sharing capability.Through the logical deduction of research theory and management practice of enterprise project management in digital environment,a new path structure chart affecting the efficiency of enterprise project management is proposed.Based on a large number of literature analysis,this paper summarizes the relationship between digital environment and project management efficiency and other concepts,puts forward the relationship hypothesis between the main concepts,and constructs the theoretical model of this paper.Then,relying on the method of empirical research design,the original hypothesis and model are validated by scale purification,factor analysis,multi-level regression analysis and improved by means of statistical analysis tools after the data are obtained through questionnaire survey.Finally,case studies are used to validate and evaluate the relevant research results.At the same time,according to the research results of this paper,the paper puts forward suggestions,countermeasures and research prospects for improving the efficiency of enterprise project management.
