Research On The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products Under The "Agricultural Superdocking"

The safety of agricultural products and the safety and social stability of the people,is a hot issue that is now widely concerned.After nine years of development,it has been proven to be one of the most efficient agricultural supply patterns in the country's current agricultural production system.However,the problems such as low level of investment in quality of agricultural products,low conversion rate and frequent safety incidents have not been solved.Application of game theory,this paper analyses the farmers and the agricultural product quality security problem,so as to related organizations and government departments to solve the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products to provide theoretical reference.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,by sorting out the mode of "agricultural superdocking" in China at the present stage,and by the degree of cooperation,this paper classifies the"agricultural superdocking" from low to high to the contract mode and the alliance mode.Based on the differential game model of quality safety input based on different"non-agricultural superdocking" model,the results show that the quality and safe investment level of agricultural products can be effectively improved by strengthening the cooperation of "farmers and superdocking" members,but when the quality safety input conversion rate is lower,the quality safety input level can be reduced.Therefore,external intervention is required.Secondly,aiming at the above problems,this paper introduces the government subsidy policy factors,and constructs the game model of the quality safety input of the members of the "rural superdocking" in the government subsidy policy environment.The results show that when the quality safety input conversion rate is low,the government subsidy policy can guarantee the quality and safety input of the members of the "farmers and super docking",while the government subsidy policy can provide a better incentive for the quality safety input of the members of the"agricultural and super docking" when the quality safety input conversion rate is higher.Finally,introducing the control standard,combining the government subsidy policy with the control policy,and constructing the differential game model between the government and the members of the "agricultural and super docking" according to the principle of the maximum social welfare,and analyzing the applicability of the policy of subsidy policy in combination with the numerical simulation,the results show that,compared with the simple subsidy policy,the subsidy policy combined with the incentive efficiency of the control policy is more effective,and when the supply chain has certain operational capability,the combination of subsidy policy and control policy can more effectively motivate the members to improve the quality safety input level.
