Research Of Source Control Of Agricultural Product Quality And Safety

Agricultural product quality and safety is not only the eternal theme of safeguardingnational stability and social development, but also the major issue for world’s governmentsto solve. In1990s, Chinese agricultural development has entered a new stage of bothnumber safety and quality safety. After years of efforts, quality and safety of domesticagricultural products have enhanced significantly. However, as public have increasinglyhigher demand of agricultural product quality and safety and become more and moresensitive to the agricultural products issues, it’s still an arduous task to ensure agriculturalproduct quality and safety.Life nature of agricultural products, openness of production processes and weaknessof domestic agricultural production basis lead to production bottleneck. Based on thisjudgment and in reference to domestic and foreign research achievements and internationalpractical experience, this paper adopts literature method and comparative method,normative analysis and empirical analysis, gives some advice to strengthen source controlof agricultural product quality and safety, including regularizing behaviors of peasants,operators and superintendents, building interactive and constraint mechanism,environmental pollution control, science and technology development and application.
