Research On The Governance Strategy Of Information Sharing In The Corn Supply Chain

National bureau issued the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" food industry informatization development plan,in order to further crack grain circulation each link cohesion closely,coordination problems,need to build a including food acquisition,storage,processing,logistics,consumer and other links,connect with each other,the collaborative sharing of the information system,continuously improve the efficiency of the circulation of food industry in China and emergency support capability.After the reform of the purchasing and storage system,the policy of purchasing and storage of corn was transformed into a new mechanism of "market-oriented acquisition" plus "subsidy".The price of corn was determined by the market,and the market adjusted the relationship between supply and demand,so that China’s corn purchasing and storage market changed to the direction of diversification.New development brings new problems.The participants under the guidance of individual rationality often have differences because of information sharing.Core enterprises monopolize information,but upstream growers lack of information due to information block,and distortion often occurs in the process of information transmission.Supply chain increases cost,slows down efficiency and affects cooperation because of information sharing.Information sharing governance aims to coordinate supply chain membership,establish trust relationship,promote mutual cooperation,reduce cost and increase efficiency,and gradually realize the stable development of corn supply chain.In order to realize the information sharing governance in the corn supply chain,the basic concept of information sharing governance in the three-level supply chain composed of corn supplier,corn receiver and corn supplier and corn demand supplier is expounded.First,analysis participate in the decision-making behavior of the subject information sharing,by constructing a dynamic game model of the prisoner’s dilemma,get involved in the main body gains and expected utility,the optimal choice of the strategy,multiple subject study in information sharing game decision results,through the example analysis,separately to the core enterprise leading supply chain and non-core enterprises leading supply chain were analyzed,and safeguard the interests of the subject and achieve the expected utility optimization.Secondly,the influencing factors of information sharing governance are analyzed,including subjective and objective aspects,in which the gray relational model is used to calculate the ranking of theinfluencing factors.Finally,on the basis of the influence factors of information sharing management,conclusion of game analysis,put forward the effective strategies of corn supply chain information sharing,achieve equilibrium of corn information,make integral benefit maximize,motivating corn to the purpose of the exchange of information on the supply chain members,contribute to the long-term development of China’s corn supply chain,to ensure that information about corn effective circulation in the supply chain.
