Study On Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Shuocheng District,Shanxi Province

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly points out the general gist of accelerating the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,enriching the means of income increase and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.It is an inevitable trend to promote the development of modern agriculture and rural tourism.In the first document of the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)in 2019,several opinions of the CPC central committee and the state council on giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and doing a good job in the work of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” are pointed out to give full play to the advantages of rural resources,ecology and culture development,and develop industry of leisure tourism,catering and home stay,cultural experience,health regimen,pension services and so on.At the same time,we will improve rural tourism infrastructure and improve public service facilities such as sanitation,transportation,information and postal services.Promoting the development of rural tourism in shuocheng district,Shanxi Province,and promoting the development of rural tourism with richer content and more diversified forms.That is of great significance to the overall urban and rural development,industrial revitalization,the promotion of farmers' employment,the increase of farmers' income and the satisfaction of citizens' tourism consumption demand.This paper takes Shuocheng district of Shanxi Province as the research object,on the basis of the concept of rural tourism and related theoretical research,according to the basis and current situation of the development of rural tourism in Shuocheng district of Shanxi Province,puts forward the development strategy of rural tourism in Shuocheng district of Shanxi Province.According to the type of rural tourism in Shuocheng district,sample points are selected for analysis and evaluation,and the existing problems in the development of rural tourism in Shuocheng district are proposed: lack of planning and guidance,lack of characteristics and prominent cultural connotation,lack of professional service personnel,lack of promotion and publicity,and infrastructure is inadequate.According to the existing problems in the process of its development,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the rural tourism development inShuocheng district: scientific guidance and planning,prominent characteristics,deepening cultural connotation,strengthening talent cultivation,improving reception quality,increasing publicity,promoting overall improvement,improving infrastructure construction,and Increasing government's investment.Based on the existing problems in the development process,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and constructs the development countermeasures of rural tourism in Shuocheng district,Shanxi Province.It has certain guiding function to promote the rural tourism development in Shuocheng district.
