With the continuous development of economic and social progress,our country under the new era when the comprehensive critical period of deepening reform,build a well-off society in an all-round way,Chinese enterprises in the face of the great development opportunities at the same time also will have huge development challenges,the enterprise to obtain resources and the effect was achieved by series integrated development as the important target,human resources as the first resource,how to effectively perform its great efficiency,is the enterprise the smooth realization of the target point.Through strengthening the management of employee training and improving the quality of staff training,make the enterprise staff skills continuously improved,comprehensive quality continues to improve,and willing to enrich their own knowledge,improve skills,ability to consciously and actively strengthening its accomplishment and executing ability,in an effort to achieve their own value at the same time,also provide strong guarantee for enterprise sustained steady development.Firstly,this paper compares the research status of staff training at home and abroad,briefly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of staff training management,such as training demand analysis theory and training evaluation theory,and discusses the significance and content of staff training management.Secondly,introduces the DQ petrochemical company,on the basis of grass-roots staff profiles,on the basis of in-depth research,understand the company at the grass-roots level training management related to the staff,from the grass-roots staff training will,staff training needs,the enterprise training resources,training effect evaluation and training evaluation results using DQ analysis studies on petrochemical company grass-roots staff training management status,according to the results of interviews and questionnaire survey and analysis,put forward the company in the grass-roots staff training management problems and deficiencies.Finally,focusing on the problems reflects the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures to improve the training and management of grassroots employees.From the innovation training idea arouse their learning motivation,give full play to the efficiency of the training resources,establish and perfect training appraisal incentive mechanism,improve the whole training process control and strengthen the training evaluation results using corresponding safe and effective measures are taken,continue to promote DQ petrochemical company grass-roots staff training management work to eliminate short board,optimization of ascension.This has certain practical significance for DQ petrochemical company to improve the management level of grassroots staff training,carry out staff training work efficiently,stimulate internal potential and momentum,and improve enterprise competitiveness.
