The Practice And Application Of The Project Management In Enterprise Training To The Employees

The thirty years of reform and opening up has greatly accelerated the pace ofenterprise employees training in China. In order to advance the comprehensive qualityand business skills of the employees，quite a bit enterprises had ploughed a large suminto personnel, materials, equipment and funds on employees training management.However, from the feedback of all levels，the training has not fully reached theexpected objective of the enterprise. Consequently，this paper attempts to introducethe idea and method of project management on the basis of traditional mode oftraining management. It can help to achieve harmonious integration of trainingmanagement and project management，so as to enhance the effectiveness of training,to explore a new way for employee training of enterprise, and to put forward a set ofproject training management mode adapting to modern training management forenterprises to learn. According to the historical background，the development ofenterprise and economy has brought forward new request，thus this paper analyzed thetrend of development of training programs. According to the reality of enterprisesproduction and management，this paper researched the process of training projectmanagement. This paper firstly elaborated the ideas, methods and characteristics ofproject management, then made practical exploration and thinking on a series ofworks of training project management. It had analyzed the key points，difficult pointsand focusing points of nowadays employees training management. Introduced theconcept of employee training project management, the enterprises should treat eachemployees training activity as a project to make management. Also, combined withthe four phases of employees training project management（the analysis of trainingneeds，the design of training project，the organization and implementation of trainingproject，and the effect assessment of training project）, the paper had analyzed thecontents，implementation details and specific actions of employees training projectmanagement seriously. Through training for qualifications of the enterprise groupleaders, from a practical point of view and level, this paper made a complete pictureof the practice and application of modern project management theory on trainingproject. And through the analysis and control of the influencing factors of trainingquality, the strategy to advance training quality had been put forward in this paper. Inaddition，from the point of risk prediction and prevention measures of training, thispaper make preliminary research on enhancing the training risks management andcontrol. Therefore，it enables enterprises to integrate project management into trainingmanagement better to realize the optimization and the benefit maximization oftraining management.
