The rural issue has become an important issue facing the social and economic development of all countries in the world.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the rural revitalization strategy as one of the important ways to narrow the gap between China's urban and rural areas,build a modern economic system,and achieve high-quality development.On March 8,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping raised industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization during the Shandong delegation.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,exploring the regional division of rural functions and the type of rural development has become the focus of academic research.Zibo City is a typical combination city in China.The urbanization level is close to 70%,and the level of rural development is relatively high.The rural development has different commonalities and differences with other cities in Shandong Province.The opportunities and challenges of rural development coexist.Therefore,the study of Zibo City The type of rural development and the way to achieve it have strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper comprehensively uses the knowledge of urban and rural planning,geography and other disciplines,and uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the characteristics of rural social and economic development in Zibo City and its existing problems.Taking the town as a research unit,the village of Zibo City was constructed.The index system and evaluation model of regional function evaluation quantitatively measure the interactions,regional differences,spatial decomposition and spatial correlation of the constituent subsystems and integrated functions;cluster analysis method is used for 58 towns in Zibo City.The type of rural development was divided;finally,the path of rural development in Zibo City was proposed.The research shows that the natural conditionsof rural development in Zibo City are superior,the level of urbanization is relatively high,and the pulling effect on rural areas is strong;industrial development,especially industrial development,has a greater effect on rural development,and the southern,central and northern regions of agricultural production The difference is significant.Grain production helps to protect the residents' lives.However,it has little effect on raising the income of rural residents.Rural tourism has developed rapidly.The development model of rural tourism has been formed,but the effect of most rural tourism development is It is not obvious;the urban-rural income ratio shows a downward trend,but the income source is still single,the rural residents' property income is still low;the rural population is aging,the peripheral area is hollower than the surrounding area of the central city,and the suburban village double The proportion of the population is high.Industrial development,food production,social security,ecology and tourism,living and living functions and their comprehensive functions have significant spatial and spatial agglomeration characteristics,forming relatively high-value clusters,low-value clusters and low-low values.Clustering area;the interaction between industrial development and social security,living and living is the largest,and the difference between ecotourism function and food production function is greater than the regional difference.The type of rural development in Zibo City is divided into three categories and five sub-categories,namely,the type dominated by agriculture-ecological conservation,the type dominated by agriculture-industrial development,and the type of integrated development dominated by industry.In the future,the rural development of Zibo City should correctly handle the relationship between rural revitalization and new urbanization;rationally understand the basic laws of rural development,grasp the stage of rural development,meet the needs of different types of people;give play to the spatial advantages of combined cities and build a reasonable rural development.Spatial pattern;accelerate the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture,expand the new impetus for rural development,adapt to local conditions,and realize the integration and development of rural production in the first,second and third generations;use the opportunity of the preparation of national land planning to find out the source of resources and build a reasonable "town-village" "Relationship,giving more functions to small towns,becoming an important support for rural revitalization and development;implementing a smart contraction strategy for rural human settlements is aneffective way to achieve the healthy development of Zibo City.
