With the continuous deepening of China’s medical system reform and the gradual implementation of the second-child policy,people’s demand for pharmaceutical products is growing.By 2018,China has become the second largest pharmaceutical market in the world.It can be seen that China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has broad prospects for development.At the same time,pharmaceutical manufacturing is a typical representative of high-tech industries,and its development model and development path are in line with the industrial development requirements of China’s economic transformation.In 2010,China put forward the concept of green development.In order to implement the green development concept,it is necessary to change the original industrial structure and industrial types,and focus on the development of low-pollution,high-output green industries.The industrial characteristics of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are low pollution and high output.Therefore,it is of great benefit to achieve the goal of green development.Therefore,based on the current situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing research and the development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the key factors affecting China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry cluster and draws important conclusions in order to provide correct theoretical support for the development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry..First of all,this paper elaborates on the research status of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry agglomeration,and clarifies that the key to the development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is to improve its industrial agglomeration level.At the same time,the research ideas of the full text are clarified.Secondly,in view of the industrial agglomeration of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,combined with relevant theories,the mechanism analysis proves that China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry still has a promoting effect on industrial added value,and further needs to clearly identify the key factors affecting the industrial agglomeration of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Thirdly,by analyzing the current situation of the development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,the regional entropy of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is obtained.Using the panel data,the Cobb-Douglas production function is used to clarify that China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry still has a positive effect on industrial added value.The industrial agglomeration level of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is significantly lower than the world average.Furthermore,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has encountered many problems.For example,China’s pharmaceutical market has a low global market share.It is mainly domestic sales.Compared with the international market,its market share cannot compete with developed countries such as Europe and the United States.To this end,in order to analyze the key factors affecting the industrial agglomeration level of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,this paper introduces the influencing factors of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry agglomeration level into the dynamic model,and clarifies the influence of relevant factors.This research method is also the innovation of this paper.Finally,the results of empirical analysis are used to guide the policies and recommendations based on key factors.For example,increase infrastructure construction,improve innovation mechanisms,and so on.
