In recent years,with the development of the Internet,many offline businesses have been transferred to the online business.Online customer service has also become mature.The traditional door-to-door market environment for customers has undergone fundamental changes.In addition,the increasingly fierce competition among mobile channel providers is mainly due to its characteristics of timely dissemination,rapid diffusion and accurate delivery,which is the most attractive for enterprise marketing.However,at present,although mobile channel is recognized by most users,there are not many people who can make good use of this platform to build the platform.They only see the advantages of mobile channel,but cannot follow up its pace from the strategy.City based on the T mobile company as the research object,starting from the basic theory of marketing channels,first of all,the basic situation of T city mobile companies are briefly described,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the channels of the company,mainly including:channel structure existence question,sales channel support,not accurate,comprehensive poor channel quality,channel control ability is not high,low level of sales of channel member;Secondly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of marketing channels and the opportunities and threats of the outside world.Then,aiming at the existing problems,the channel construction project of T city mobile company is designed.After defining the construction principles and objectives,the construction ideas and overall planning are worked out.On this basis,the construction strategy is proposed and the model is constructed.Finally,put forward T city mobile company channel construction project implementation steps and safeguard measures.It provides a theoretical basis for the marketing activities of the whole industry,and a reference for the marketing of T city mobile branch,as well as a feasible plan and a solid theoretical foundation for other enterprises in the industry.
