Research On Risk Management Of JT Catering Center Information Visual Kitchen Construction Project

At present,food safety is still an import livelihood problems in China,which is fundamentally due to the low industry threshold,uneven quality of employees,insufficient self-discipline of enterprises,and gap in government supervision.The construction of food of project risk management has not been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,So there are very few successful cases at present.In this paper,combined with some existing domestic and foreign research status,and combined with JT catering center information visual kitchen construction project case,elaborated the project risk management has a great positive effect on food safety information project construction.This article first has carried on the massive domestic and foreign existing information analysis and study of project risk management theory,summarizes the methods and characteristics of risk management,and information visualization kitchen to JT catering center construction project based on case,studies the implementation of dining informatization project risk problem,formulate a set of catering enterprises food safety video monitoring information construction project risk management process.At the same time,in this paper,the catering information in the project risk management risk identification,assessment,response and monitoring of multiple stages,such as work has made the summary,take corresponding measures according to different stage,including 21 of this project to identify different types of project risk factors to evaluate an accident probability,the degree of severity,according to the results of the assessment formulate corresponding specific risk prevention and control plan.Finally,the impact and incidence of project risks will be effectively reduced.In addition,I think in the planning stages of risk identification and risk assessment must be ready,in the implementation stage to focus should do a good job in risk measures,and do quality tracking and monitoring measures in operation stage,the project risk effective management and control,so that we can greatly reduce the risks may bring security and loss,which can be further projects to provide a good reference for the future.
