In recent years,the Internet industry has experienced explosive growth,which also drives the development of video and many other related industries.According to the latest research report,search engine,instant messaging,network news and video have become four types of personal applications.China's network video industry began in 2004,after more than 10 years of development process,has grown.After a series of industry reshuffle,some powerful video websites,such as iQIYI,video,Letv,youku video and tencent video,have gradually risen to occupy a large number of market shares and initially formed the industry pattern.Under the new media ernvironment,video website represented by tencent video has not only gained rich profits but also won a good reputation through its unique marketing communication mode.Tencent video can achieve such success,thanks to two aspects:one is its industry chain vertical integration of ecological business model,the other is its unique marketing means.This paper will take tencent video marketing strategy as the breakthrough point,analyze the development status of tencent video and the whole video industry,and clarify the marketing difficulties of the whole network video industry.Later emphatically analyzes tencent video current development situation and marketing strategy.Finally,focusing on the problems in tencent video marketing and excellent marketing cases,this paper puts forward tencent video marketing promotion countermeasures under the new media environment.Through the analysis of video marketing strategy of tencent,more new video marketing strategy,marketing concept and successful experience can be summarized,which can provide reference and reference for other similar video websites and provide some enlightenment for the development of the whole video industry.
