Analysis Of Users’ Demands Of In Internet Online Video Industry

In this paper, the research background of Internet video industry customer satisfaction is simply introduced. The research will consider the current situation, development status, and related research status related industries in our country and at abroad. Finally it will analyze the Internet video industry customer satisfaction factors using KANO model.The research is based on the characteristics of the Internet video industry. It will analysis many factors of satisfaction comprehensively, establish users’ demand analysis using KANO model, Set satisfaction questionnaire for investigate, and finally analysis out of sort of customers’ demands based on the final result of questionnaire. And according to the results form the Internet video industry guidance (such as implementation and other factors which should be importantly considered).In this investigation, I use the KANO model analysis of the current hot Internet video, with a few user problems, the first use of the brainstorming method, the user’s fuzzy demand model, and then survey the current Internet video industry leader is how to solve the user’s needs in the actual operation, and finally will get the functional points to collect, use KANO model tool method to generate a questionnaire, published online to collect all the views. After that, the KANO model is used to classify the function points, and the weight value is used to quantify the user needs of each functional point. Then, a series of indexes are analyzed, such as user acceptance degree, user acceptance rate, etc.. Finally come to the conclusion and give a series of practical suggestions.
