The garment manufacturing industry is the middle linkof the textile industry.It has always given us the impression that it is in the red sea market of the fierce competition.The reputation of"blood and tears factory"seems to be accompanied with it all the time.The industry has been plagued by heavy and boring work from the workers,with low profits and no pricing power by the companies.The factories pay more attention to large investment and pay less attention to the heavy pollution.However,there is one such enterprise,named Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited,which has not only large production capacity and high efficiency,but has also rich profits.Besides,it tries to take into account the social responsibilities,meaning to realize low pollution emission and promote the undertaking of social charity.Buthow did it create a competitive advantage that lasted more than a decade?How did it consistently generate excess profits that exceeded the industry average rate of return?The company has created 70 times return for shareholders for a decade,which aroused my great interest.Therefore,I try to make a study of the company from the resources and capacity of enterprises,to look at how it has shapedits core competitiveness and established a sustainable competitive advantage mechanism.Along the path I try to expand my research,hoping to bring enlightenment to similar manufacturing enterprises,so that other enterprises can make good use of the core competitiveness factors to create sustainable competitive advantage.In this article I have adopted investigation method first,collected materials according to the plan systematicallyin connection withthe development and current situation ofShenzhouInternational Group Holdings Limited.Meanwhile,by using the methods of history and observation,as well as the scientific methods of conversation,questionnaire and case study,I have made a planned,thorough and systematic understanding of the research phenomena.And through analyzing,synthesizing,comparing and summarizing the large amount of materials,I have provided people with knowledge in accordance with regularity.Apart from that,by combining theory with the case study method,I mean.to find out the theoretical basis for the development of the enterprise from the theory and experiences of the forgoing people.Furthermore,by reading the quantitative analysis of the financial statements of the enterprise and looking at the actual business model to knowthe key success factors of the enterprise.Finally,I try to put forward some suggestions and offer some corresponding solutions to enterprises with the knowledge he has learned,especially from the core competitiveness of ShenzhouInternational Group Holdings Limited.
