Evaluation Of Core Competence For Chinese Listed Manufacturing Enterptises

With the development of the world economy and the increasingly fierce international competition, enterprises not only have unknown opportunities and also faces great challenge. In the complicated domestic and international business environment, enterprise want, to maintain long-term development in a dominant position in the competition, the key choice should have corporate resources different from others. How to judge a core competitiveness of enterprises is a research hot topic in recent years. Because from the perspective of the enterprise, which one wants to enhance the core competitiveness of the premise is to have a good self evaluation method, only based on the scientific and practical evaluation system, enterprises can grasp the true level of competitiveness, and then we can take the effective measures to improve. And improve the core competitiveness of enterprises also has an important role in a country’s economic development, it can let the government making reasonable policies and regulations, for enterprise development to create a favorable external environment.This paper reference on the relevant scholars about the core competitiveness of enterprises at domestic and abroad, and on the basis of the research achievements from two aspects, theory and empirical research about the enterprises core competitiveness of Chinese Listed Companies in manufacturing industry. This paper introduces the writing content and significance, make a system review of history and current situation of the enterprise core competitiveness the research in first; next, from a financial point of view as a starting point, to determine the core competitiveness of enterprises to measure index and calculation method, with some financial indexes to construct a set of enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system, and use the method of factor analysis and the principal component analysis to evaluation the core competitiveness of our manufacturing industry listed companies in2001-2010, core competence of manufacturing enterprises in China in10years had a certain extent promotion, but overall is still in moderate level conclusion; finally, according to the empirical conclusion, put forward to improve the core competence of the enterprises with related suggestions and measures.
