Since the reform and opening up.China has actively integrated into the global value chain, stepping from the early agricultural powers to the road of industrial power. In the early days of reform and opening up,China relied on low-cost labor, land and other resources to gradually embed global value chains led by developed countries such as Europe, the United States and Japan from the low-end,and then continuously increased its opening up to the outside world, using resource endowments and demographic dividends. The advantage of factors forms a comparative advantage in the processing and assembly of product production.Nowadays, with the improvement of people's living standards and the rising cost of labor.people are no longer interested in labor-intensive work such as unchanging assembly lines, which has caused a situation of "labor shortage" in the southeast coast of China. Many labor-intensive industries on the southeast coast continue to transfer to China's inland areas and Southeast Asian countries such as Laos,Vietnam and Myanmar.China is also actively adjusting the industrial structure, encouraging the development of high-tech industries and increasing the added value of products. At present,China has put forward the "One Belt,One Road" strategy, constantly building six economic corridors, actively driving many developing countries around it,gradually forming regional economic economies, and connecting them through economic corridors to truly realize trade friendly exchanges and the common development of the economy. This paper takes the participation degree and division of labor of China and the Indo-China peninsula in the global value chain as the research object.Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,it focuses on the different elements of the China-Indochina economic corridor along the global value chain. The impact of division of labor.Firstly,it gives a detailed introduction to the writing background, research significance and theoretical support of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the value creation and structural changes of Chinese industry in the global value chain, and participates in the global value chain of China and the ''Belt and Road" countries.Quantitative analysis of work;on this basis,in-depth study of the division and upgrading of the global value chain of China-Indochina countries.By studying the factors affecting the global value chain upgrading of the China-Indochina Economic Corridor countries, the division of labor in the global value chain is the explanatory variable.Different production chains in the global value chain have different economic rent formation capabilities, which will affect the division of labor in the value chain.Based on this,a model is built to analyze the impact of different variables on the value chain division of labor, and it is sufficient to demonstrate that deeper participation in global value chains, rising unemployment in the short term, and high levels of infrastructure can significantly improve the China-Indochina economy.Corridor countries have a division of labor in the global value chain;too high physical capital formation, excessive government spending, will hinder the China-Indochina economic corridor countries from climbing to the high-end status of the value chain. Finally,on the basis of basic theory and empirical analysis, relying on the "One Belt One Road"strategy,it proposes relevant suggestions and countermeasures to further promote the upgrading of the national value chain of China and the Indo-China Peninsula economic corridor.
